Setup & Connection

To communicate with a Nabaztag:tag, follow the steps below.

  • First of all, go to OpenJabNab to register and configure it, following the instructions given. It's the best way to bring your Nabaztag back to life.
  • Then return to the control panel and go to Preferences to add the Nabz you've just registered with OpenJabNab.
    • The Pseudo corresponds to the S/N (serial number) of the Nabaztag and uniquely identifies it within the community. For the moment, there's no centralized directory, so you'll have to enter the nickname (serial number) using your keyboard.
    • The private Token (or ApiKey) corresponds to an authorization code to make the account "private". In this case, only those who know the token (in addition to the username) will be able to communicate with the Rabbit.
    • Note: If you are using Nabaztag:tag in "serverless" mode (github.com/andreax79), then also specify its local IP address, which will take priority over the OpenJabNab configuration! - currently in development

Pour communiquer avec un Nabaztag:tag, il faut suivre les étapes suivantes.

  • Tout d'abord, il faut se rendre sur OpenJabNab pour l'enregistrer et le paramétrer en suivant les procédures indiquées. C'est actuellement la meilleure solution pour faire revivre son Nabaztag.
  • Ensuite, revenir dans le contrôleur et se rendre dans la rubrique Préférences pour y ajouter votre Nabz que vous venez d'enregistrer sur OpenJabNab
    • Le Pseudo correspond au S/N (numéro de série) du Nabaztag et l'identifie de façon unique au sein de la communauté. Pour l'instant il n'y a pas d'annuaire centralisé, il faut donc saisir le S/N au clavier.
    • Le Token privé (ou ApiKey) correspond à un code d'autorisation pour rendre le compte "privé". Dans ce cas, seuls ceux qui auront connaissance de ce token (en plus du pseudo) pourront communiquer avec le Lapin. Dans la mesure du possible, configurer son Nabz en mode public sur le serveur OJN qui l'héberge (c'est plus sympa pour tout le monde !).
    • NB : Si vous utilisez le Nabaztag:tag en mode "sans serveur" (github.com/andreax79), alors indiquez en plus son adresse ip locale, qui devient ainsi prioritaire sur la configuration OpenJabNab ! - en cours de dév
